The Food Science & Technology Department kicked off the 2024-25 academic year in style with its inaugural Welcome Bash on Friday, September 13th at The Gardens Pavilion!

New and returning Food Science students gathered for a fun-filled evening, where they enjoyed complimentary FSTC merchandise like cool T-shirts and mingled in a laid-back atmosphere.

The excitement was in the air with live music spun by our very own DJ Deep Spin Prof (Dr. Suresh Pillai), plus dancing, delicious pizzas, popcorn, Kona Ice, and Gallivant ice cream. And let’s not forget the fun games, including the hilarious Pie the Professor!
